Homeshop18 — Mobile getting heat when it is charging and using also. Charger also getting heated and not charged fully.

Dear Sir, I ( Kandregula R.L.Kumar) Recently purchased a mobile from you by on line. Details as below. 1)Order no.[protected] dated:08.04.2015. 2)Spice 4 Inch (10.16 cm) Dual Sim Android Phone- mi 401-Black 3)Sub Order No:[protected]. 4) Invoice No: TARA/15-16/14753 Dated:09.04.2015. Complaint details: When charging and using the mobile it gets heated and some burning smell also coming. Charger also getting heated and partially charging the mobile ( 20%-30%)only, after it indicates USB charger not supported. What can i do Now. Please do needful to me.
