Homeshop18 — mobile handset not working properly

Dear sir My father purchase a Spice M6112 handset with order number[protected] sub order[protected]. Camera photo of this hanset seen half screen and the voice is not clear on this set. My father take this set to spice service center at Alwar twice but the service center told to my father that service center not able to repair the handset. I also call your customer care but he also send me the service center address and contact number. Please solve my problem otherwise I will go to consumer court. Thanks Abhishek Jain
