Sir I am Bharat Bhusan Pattanaik Mob [protected]. I have purchased one mobile Hand set (product code[protected] Swingtel SW30 vide Order No[protected] AWB no [protected] from your Home Shop-18 which is delivered at me on dt 08.12.2014.On 11.12.2014 the mobile creats a noise and a black spot arrise on the screen and now the mobile is not functioning.Nothing is visible on the screen. There is no address or contact no of the Service center of this mobile at Odisha and I did not get the retail invoice towards purchase of this mobile in the box.
