[Resolved] Homeshop18 — My ordered jewellery not received after payment done | |||||
Order no-[protected] I received wrong package, which i couriered back on same day. I had to send courier details through email, phone call and whatsapp no. Homeshop18 received my package on very next day, though they kept saying 'returned package not received'. After i gave proof of delivery from courier service, they accepted that it is received. Then anytime you ask they say 'in process-wait for 4/5 days'. Their customer-care is of no help, keep saying - we apologize, wait for 4/5 days. They closed my online complain stating they already have a duplicate complain, which i don't see anywhere. Very frustrating to communicate with their customer care. They keep saying wrong package was delivered at mumbai, which was my old address and i had changed long back in their system and i had received wrong package on my new gujarat address only. Now i am not sure, whether i will ever receive my correct order items, whether i will receive refund of my courier charges.. And if they dispatch what address they will send. I am facing a mental torture. I highly regret ordering from homeshop18. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir I am kehkasha kher from ashoknagar m.p.I have ordered 6 pieces of serving sets in homeshop 18 offer was given of buy 6 get 6 cook nd serve set bt only 6 set has come by courier.nd company is escaping from this thing kindly make a case on this compaNY.

Finally my order delivered and courier charges refund cheque received!

All the customer care executives should be trained to handle customer concerns in the same manner, rather than just dragging the issue.
