[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — My product refund

I rupali thakur had ordered a kurti Pack of 5 solid and classy worth rupees 800 and the kurtis were really bad the material was horrible there for I returned it back n that time the executive told me that ur product will be checked and after reading your application after 7-8 days u will get a refund n even asked me to give an return application regarding why I want to return the product and so I did and mentioned that I want the refund asap and the courier guy came n he said the refund will be given to u in 8 days time . I waited for nearly 10 days for my and I called them up asking for my refund then they tell me that they have sent a coupon worth rs 800 . I had asked them for a refund they should have informed me in advance that I would be getting the refund in coupon . This highly unexpected from such a well known brand since they are indirectly forcing me to buy their product indirectly and on top of that their executive lies to me saying that they have a recording where I had asked for a coupon which I never did. Plus he even says that he will hear the recording and get back to me soon which he never did and now when I called them I asked to transfer the call to their senior and she said that we are not going to see through the same issue again and again and she even said that they can only give coupons because there is a offer where they are only providing coupons I want the customer care to take some action against this matter this is not accepted if the customer is paying an amount n asking for refunding it they should be given a proper refund in cash or should be informed well in advance before buying the product that their product refund would be given in coupon form they customers will atleast be aware

I received a call from your executive today morning claiming that she has a recording where in I have asked a for a voucher and when I asked her for the recording she argued with me and later said that she doesn't want to listen anything she had just called to tell me that I have to take the voucher. Don't you'll train your executives how to talk to the customer and if she wouldn't be lying she would have just send the recording . do you'll think coustomers are fools to accpect your fake talks and take the voucher . I want the money as soon as possible. My humble request to customer care strict actions should be taken regarding home shop 18 and it should be shut as their fooling customers I have gone through many complains and most of the complains are regarding the refund that the people have not yet recived . you should see through the matter as soon as possible

You haven't served me any better as per a customer and what record are you even mentioning about i[censored] have any records in which I have agreed about taking the voucher at the begning send it to me..as per how much I know I haven't agreed to it at all and the most agressive thing is that your executives lie about it and talk to us as if their doing us some favour by giving us the coupon. I have no concern regarding anything I want my refund as soon as possible in CASH .
