[Resolved] Homeshop18 — My Returned Item amount not received - Worst Customer care Response | |||||
Hi, I have made one purchase (lunch box) in homeshop18 in month of June.Since i got different product i have asked them to take this product and return mymoney.But they told me to courier this product to their address.I have done the same on June 24th and they got it on June 27th.From then onwards, they are keep on telling they have some internal technical issue and asked me to wait for 3-4 working days.The same reason they are telling for more than 3 months. My complaint number : HS[protected] My Suborder number :[protected] Such a worst customer care response i have not experienced so far. Even i spoke to their escalation team, they are telling the same reason. Few of the names i am aware :- Shilpa, Anil, Pretek, RAtnesh, Aman, etc.. I asked them to redirect to their managers..but they are not ready to do that. Not sure what CEO of homeshop18 is doing.They are making fraud by taking all the products from the customers and not responding anything. My advise to all the customers who is buying products in homeshop 18 - Please do not buy any product here..there are many online retail sites which are available and even most of the products are costly here.
