Homeshop18 — no action taken regarding replacement of the product | |||
i recently received my order from homeshop18. But the quality of product was not up to the mark. it was light weight and the size was not up to expectations. On the day of delivery, i registered a complaint regarding the returning of the product to the company on the customer care number and they assured me for returning the money within 72 hours. the product was delevered on 11 april 2015, but no action has been taken yet. complaint no.[protected] order no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
