[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — No refund and no replace

I have received defective item ( singer jmg ) under my order no.[protected]. And i have complained to homeshope18 by complaint no[protected]. I asking for refund or another product relace. Whenever i call they told me like “you will get call from costmer care and they solve it don’t worry’. In wibesite they wrote like whatever problem about product will be solved within 8 days, but its over nearly 20 days, so please help me to solve this complaint -------- umamaheshwari ………..
