[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — No Refund For Return Courier Charges

Order No.[protected] HomeShop18 never Pays Return Courier Charge.. they will always say email the receipt of Courier to [protected]@homeshop18.com but they never check email or reply to it.. i have attatched the proof of email with courier receipt that only automated email comes and they never reply to your email nor they call you if you sent email.. do you want to check just email any complain to their email and wait 3 Months you will never get any reply or call.. I Purchased product(Track Pant) from HomeShop18 and returned due to size issue with first flight courier on Date: 6/6/2014 and i also emailed Courier receipt on 11/6/14. Product was reached to HS18 and accepted and Refund of Product was Processed.. But as Return Policy they should have given me refund of Courier Charges.. every time i call and ask for it they always say that you have to email the receipt of Courier to [protected]@homeshop18.com and every time i say that i have done it..thats all for it and i havent received refund of courier.. now talking about Refund Policy they write Policy very simple and easy but they dont follow.. all they want to frustrate customer and stop asking refund.. Please read.. 10. Will you refund the courier charges if I send the product back to you at my cost? Yes, absolutely. You do not have to worry about the courier charges at all. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower. The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the 'billing name' provided at the time of placing the order or by issuing a HomeShop18 Gift Certificate/Voucher of the equivalent value. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by our business partner. Policy says you have to Courier with reputed courier service and i did and product was reached to them.. as as policy says i should get @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) they why are they asking for receipt for amount.. they should refund accourding to policy.. that is min Rs.100.. i am not saying this because you may think i want Rs.100 i want only i invested.but due to your your different policy of emailing receipt and waiting 3 Months is Frustating me.. you should follow Policy that you have written for us.. Now I think I should stop asking for refund.. and i wanted you to know this.. thanks and Good Bye homeshop18.. i cant think of returning to you..
