Dear HS18,
As per our last discussion, I am expecting the following :
1. I have already incurred a cost of Rs.300 towards courier charges for sending the defective item back to you on 16-Jul-2014. The same will be refunded to me.
2. I wanted HS18 to take back the complete product from my address as I am not going to incurr any further cost for sending the same. Reason, I have already suffered for more than a month sending you the partial item. The item was not trackable from your end for so many days, hence I am not going to take any further risk of sending the same using my own courier.
3. Partial refund will be given on what basis. It was a complete set of 7 items & there was no individual cost declared at the beginning of the trade. Then on what basis the partial cost will be determined.
Hence requested you to either take back the complete product back using your own courier & accordingly refund me back the full product cost along with Rs. 300. In case the product cannot be taken, you may send me back the defective item only along with Rs.300.
Further to this I am dissapointed with the telecon happened today, where to my surprise found that you are not even aware of the details of the items being returned from my end & would only check with the vendor. Then from 18-Jul-2014, why the same has not yet been done so far. Also as per your update, you have called me on receiving the complaint logged by me on 29-Aug-2014 on this forum. Then what has happened to all the 5 complaints I have logged with HS18 customer care. Are those not taken into accounts.
