This is regarding my order number[protected]. I ordered HTC mobile on 2nd March, 2014 and got a defective one, so after talking to customer care I returned as suggested with DTDC courier. Got to answer lot of queries to home shop 18 guy's and finally got the refund of mobile.
Regarding courier slip amount refund, I was asked to email a scanned copy of courier slip and got response email from [protected]@homeshop18.com on, 22nd March, 2014 saying my refund cheque will be sent to me in 7-8 days. Request number the same is 400508.
Its been more than six months now and I didn't get the cheque and for the past one month i've been calling customer care and every time I get the same response that I will get a call from concerned department with in 48 hours and I never got any call from them instead they say my mobile is not reachable.
Three days back one of the senior guy from customer care said he is directly going to pass my email to accounts department for refund initiation and will get cheque with in 5-6 days. Today I got a message from customer care saying they are trying to call me but not reachable. So I again called customer care for status and response was same as previous that they want to talk to me and refund was not initiated.
When they have scanned copy of my courier slip, I don't understand what they want to talk to me about.
The funniest part here is, for all their queries my mobile is reachable but when it comes to refund its not.
I don't understand why such a cheap tricks and careless behaviour.
