Homeshop18 — not received refund | |
we returned a product( jewellery) bought from homeshop 18 on 16/03/2015, and yet haven't received the refund from them. we have submitted the POD also. we have been struggling since 1 month behind them making calls every 2 days and they keep saying you will receive a call from them about the refund but daily they keep saying the same thing everyday and do not give the refund.
