[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not refunding money and harassing consumer | |||
I purchased 6 pieces serve set which I found lack in quality & size . The base of the material was not so good . Later I called homeshop18 to return it and then they said wrap it up and their guy would pickup from your home and do a quality check and return the money in the account provided by me.The said that it would take 4 -5 working days to return the money in account but it's been more than a month but they didn't return the money till now.Every time I call them they say it will return in 4-5 working days but I still can't find money in my account.The people are morons and trying not to give money.I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITHIN 2 DAYS NOW WITH COMPENSATION.I AM POLITE WITH MY WORDS BUT DONT TEST CONSUMER WHO ARE GIVING YOU BUSINESS.
