Good Noon, Mr. Sanjeev Anarkali, This email is personally from the customer directly posted to you. Purchased sandwich toaster cost Rs.550, delivered on 07th October on 9th October by night spoken to Customer care executive telling not satisfied want to return n refund d money, d CSR not probe with me y am not satisfied just told morning to call. I did the same n said not satisfied bcos as soon I connect d product to switch I get plastic smell, as if it ll burst now. The person pick the call even not probe what I want to tell just the statement as per terms n condition for not satisfactory product there is no option for refund. I compelled to transfer to senior the same done the girl priyanka who pick d call repeat the same statement n was so rude. Again it transfered to vikky, even he says they ll consider d first word what I say n I hv to elaborate my issue clearly before itself in d first call..
