Daily we are following up with customer care number team but blaming that courier company is delaying not our fault.
Is this our job now to follow up with courier team also as we have paid the amount Rs. 1, 119/- in advance. Like other site, no message is sent for the delivery status and we are very disappointed.
If you people are unable to deliver this product, give us our money back, otherwise I will be forced to write a letter to media for fraud done by your company.
