[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Very poor response

I booked order no[protected] date 24/06/2014 and got it date 28/06/214 by cash. My Busy schedule open this packet
16 GB memory card date 30/06/2014 but 16 GB card damaged same day complaint forward but faithful no response till date.Your side very poor response.
So this regarding made complaint consumer curt today and complaint no 5228589.
