Dear Sir/Madam, I bought 32 GB Strontium nitro 466x memory card with card reader from Home shop 18 at 18th November. But I got from wrong product. (Strontium 32 GB Memory card & unknown OTG Card reader ) so I contacted with Home shop 18 Team, So he was replaced me same product.. . I also sent mail & snapshot at 11th Dec to [protected]@homeshop18.com. & explained everything. he wrote me the response my mail within 2 Working Days . He also sent me request number 718614. But there is no any reply, , , , , , almost 5 days over.. I am totally frustrated... Almost 1 month over but no any single person help me... so Please help me. also see the attached Original & sent me Product as proof..
