VIDE COURIER-''ARAMEX''s RECEIPT NO.-[protected] DATED 25.12.2014.DESPITE ASSURANCES GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, NO CALL HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM REFUND DEPTT. OF THE CO. SO FAR.THIS IS DESPITE THEIR ADS ON ''HOMESHOP 18'' TV CHANNEL THAT REFUND WOULD BE SENT IMMEDIATELY IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ITS UNUSED ORIGINAL CONDITION & SEEKS REFUND OF HIS/HER AMOUNT.
