Dear Customer care, We have received the above said product on[protected] and we have checked the product and found the MOP was got cracked (broken) immediately called to customer and logged the complaint for the replacement, the customer complaint no[protected] against order no[protected] . already one week has been passed no action has been taken .As per the feedback given by the customer care person, they will send the person to pick the defect product.
