I had ordered a hiba dressing material in blue colour, the parcel received was in beige colour. After contacting the customer support executives, the parcel was couriered back to the discussed address and the refund was promised Within 15 days. But till date No refund has been received and whenever I call them to know the status, every time a new answer is provided, some promise that the refund cheque will be delivered in the next seven days, others say your refund request cannot be processed as your parcel has not been received. The latest was that the parcel has been delivered to a different address. Please help me as my Refund amount of Rs 2499 + Courier charges Rs 510 are outstanding.
Please tell me a simple way to get my money back.
