I have ordered special 26 pc of complete home decor by sheetal on 13 july 2018 order number [protected] but on 21 july2018i have received only18 pc balance 8pc I have raised a complaint number HS[protected] against order no. [protected].
But not received any replacement. When I called them they simply say Waite for 3days today 6 August 2018 when called them I have received different ans, first ans they can't take action i have to speak to senior then senior said she will send with in 3days. Then asked if I ve not received then what further steps I need to take but without giving ans she disconnected call, on second call senior guy said I will get refund after I send this 18 products what's the garuntee of my money? For this no proper ans and he suggesting me to take leagle action for this Rs 19999, they don't care for consumers and law. On 3rd call one guy said he can give 300 RS voucher of free delivery for next 2 purchase I should keep this 18 products and forget 8 products which is not delivered and products suddenly out of stock. On forth call one guy said he only can replace 26pc if i send 18 PC which I have recied. When I question him about given different ans from morning not clear within themselves. And asked him if stock is available then send the balance 8 products for this he is not at all ready. And he also says i[censored] send products he will do product quality check and then refund the money. How can I trust them now? After reading complaints here I can't trust them now, they have cheated many here. If they have stock they have deliver remaining products. If not let them refund and then take back products. Even I have ordered for leggings replaced after for different sizes they delivered that also after replacement also not received proper size they even cut the size label so we can't make out which size is that. Full of fraud company was with homeshop 8years but now it's become worst they simply put on hold from morning 11 to 5pm. It's really frustrating. Am going to give consumer forum.
