Homeshop18 — Pathetic service against replacement or refund | |||
I bought a pair of shoes from HS18 last month(Order no.[protected]. The pair of shoes which i received was not of my size so I called them for replacement. At first place they told me the reverse pick up is not available in my area so I have to send the products back by my self. So I sent them the products via the courier company they use and the person did came for pick up from the courier company. After I have sent the products they asked me to provide airway bill number and the scan copy, Which also I sent to them. The products which I sent back were delivered on 16th February. After that I have been following up with them almost every second day but they hardly put any efforts to resolve the issue. Every time they note a complaint and send me the complaint number and that's the only thing they have been doing for one month. Every time they have only one thing to say we will get back after 48 hours and no one gets back I only have to call again and again. They are even not clarifying that I will get refund or replacement. The only thing they say give us some time. I don't know how much time do they require to resolve a simple issue. I need refund or replacement. That's It. This is the first time I have bought something from homeshop18 and it was my worst experience. This may be the worst service one could get. I have shopped from many online websites and other places but have not faced any such situation before as those people care for their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
