Homeshop18 — Pathetic service

I had ordered Fashion Fiesta - Pack of 3 Fashionable Denims(order no[protected] by Uber Urban on 03-Jun-15 .The order was delivered via Aramex on 05-Jun-15.Since the size did not fit and the quality of the items was not good, I requested for returning the items and refund of the amount on 06-Jun-15. When there was no action on the refund till 8th June, I called up the helpline on 8th June to request for return.The reverse pick up was arranged and I received a call on 9th June from your executive for return of the items. Since it was office timing and I was getting into a meeting at the material time, I requested your executive to come upstairs as my office is on the 11th floor to collect the packet to which he refused. The next day ie on 10th June, I got a call again from one of the Aramex pick up executives and I returned the item. Surprisingly, post this I got an SMS that the reverse Pick Up failed for my order and the pick up would be attempted again. The status that has been updated online on my HomeShop 18 account is “Reverse Pick Up failed for your order. on Thursday, June 11, 2015“. Today I received a call from one of your customer care executive asking whether or not I had returned the item. I gave her the details and enquired about the refund to which she stated that the product has not been received by their team and the refund would take a week to 10 days. The foregoing reflects a sorry state of affairs relating to customer service prevailing in the company. I request you to look into the matter and update me about the correct status of my return / refund. Regards, Dolly
