Hi, this is rakesh shukla, i have purchased penta dual core 3g tablet with keyboard penta keyboard micro usb - red - spect... Imei number [protected]#[protected] on 28/08/2016. But regret to inform you that we are not able to access internet on 2g on the same and also calling is not possible. Can u please help us with the solution. It has warranty period of one year and just 2 weeks have passed, kindly let me know how would you resolve the same.
