[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Poor quality and less quantity of the product

With reference to your advertisement on home -shop 18 channel of a 12 lipstick set from colorbar london, i had an order whose order no. is[protected] . i got delivery of my order today[protected] at 11:00 am..After opening the parcel I found that the no. of lipstick were 9 instead of 12 as u have promised to give and some of them was repeated colour with broken body and ruptured lipsticks .I would like to inform you that the quality of lipstick is so poor and its not imported its basic ingredients are given but chemical ingredient is not mentioned.
So I would like to cancel my order as it was my first and worst experience.
