Homeshop18 — Pretty krafts order | |||
I ordered for pretty krafts kits but I received defected kits and homeshop18 refused to replace the same and refused to register my complaint. I have received order on 2 sept and on 4 sept when I found that the kits in the order are defected I called home shop18 on [protected] to lodge the complaint they asked me to call on [protected] between 9:30am to 6:30pm tomorrow without mentioning any specified time. Today I called at the given no. Around 6:20 as I am working lady so after my office hours I called they refused to consider my request saying u should have called in the morning, now it's beyond time. It's very annoying that being a regular customer dealing at your end is poor. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and get my defected order replaced or refund my money at the earliest. In ten days of Purchasing ice tablet not working. an company cannot Responding about Warranty Policy.

The glass top cracked into parts while cooking the food.Perhaps, due to defective heat proof resistant ?Kindly replace the product or refund the price !. I'm a regular customer .Thanks.
