order no.[protected] .. DELIEVERED TODAY AT 20TH JUNE 2015.. I JUST BOUGHT WESPRO NOTEBOOK FROM HOMESHOP 18.. AFTER ADEQUATE CHARGING ITS NOT BOOTING . I CALLED WESPRO SERVICE CENTRE AND TELL THEM THE PROBLEM, THEY TOLD THE SYSTEM NEED FORMATTING.. WHY A PRODUCT JUST NEWLY BOUGHT NEEDS FORMATTING? YOU HAVE GIVEN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. ALSO YOU HAVENOT GIVEN THE FREE SLEEVE SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY PROJECT AND STUDY.
