Order number[protected]. The way all other complaints have ended in this forum I am seeing my complaint will also get a comment saying sorry from homeshop18 team. Only faceless people will use the word team when answering a complaint. Also I am seeing no complaints is showing as resolved in their comments which clearly indicates how mine is going to end. I have voiced this just to increase the number of people who know about this irresponsible people. Rafi TSM [protected]

After all the noise I did in this forum, their review page and in their email they called me after 3 days and delivered the bowl within a week. Still... I wouldn't recommend this site.
