My name is Mamata Rao from Mangalore. I had purchased a singer food processor in Home shop 18 on2/08/2014. PO no.[protected] sub order no:[protected]. After receipt of the product I was not happy and satisfied with the product. With in two days of my receipt of the item, I contacted Home shop 18 for returning the product. They promised me to send some one to collect and they will arrange for return courier. they asked me to keep the product packed. The product is packed and kept for dispatch. However, after few days HS18 called and said, they can not arrange return courier. They advised us to courier back to one address. They suggested few couriers names and Speed post. However, none of the courier companies and Speed post were ready to accept Electronic/ Electrical item for couriering it back to HS 18. HS 18 were not ready to accept this and they were insisting us to try some courier. After trying all the couriers again, we informed HS 18 that no one is ready to take the parcel, and requested them to arrange return courier. All though they accepted to arrange courirer, they have not done so far. Every time we call up they inform the return courier person will be sent in two days. However, so far they have not sent. So far the response from HS 18 is vague and not clear. We feel cheated and disapaointed. We request that the product be taken back from us and refund amount be paid. Please respond urgently.
