[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Product not received almost 1 month got over & not refunding also | |||||
Hi, My name is Nadhiya from Bangalore. This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with homeshop18 dated 11th October 2016 for Exclusive Designer Shilpa Shetty Sarees - Pack of 3 (Seller: Chhabra Triple Five Fashions Pvt. Ltd.). I didnt received my product yet since past 1 month. They informed me that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered to me in 1 day. Dispatch details are mentioned as follows: - Courier Company Name : Aramex Tracking Number : [protected] Dispatch Date : 18th October 2016 It is almost a month now i am not getting any proper response from Homeshop18 nor from Aramex courier. Whenever i call they say it will reach me in 2 days time & the 2 day never came. I am fed up of the follow up calls & mails. They are not bothered to call me back for the status. I have paid in advance through online transfer of Rs.3799/- and now i am worried for my money. I am really scared & also upset & going through mental stress for the same. I never experienced this kind of issue early with any online site. Their customer care response is pathethic. I need my money back or the product asap. I placed an order of story fleece blanket set of 5 (qty - 2)
on 23 oct. 2016 and the max. delivery date was 27 oct. 2016.
and i do not receive my product till now.
delivery service is worst and experience was very bad.
