This is now so frustrating me to write…. as it took more
than a month for me to have a solution for my product. I have purchased a Spice
436 mobile and the product received is a defective item which is assured to be
replaced. So I sent it to you via first flight (consignment no: S[protected]),
after which I haven’t heard or received any new product as promised. Then when I
called your support team to enquire the status, I was informed that the courier
is not delivered to Homeshop18. It took me a week struggling with the first
flight courier to have the status of my courier and I have spent hell of my
time and money for this. And finally given “the proof of delivery” stating that
the courier was delivered to homeshop18 on 13th May. Attached is the
proof of delivery for your reference. It has your company seal, I wonder how
you don’t have any track of this material and I was behind the first flight unwantedly
yelling at them for a week to have this report.
Still when I tend to report this to your customer support,
they say that they are not able to track the product received. I am blind! Now
if I turn back and see, I feel like why have I bought this product from your
concern?
Kindly help me having the replacement mobile phone worth of my money…
