I ordered the Saree Combo (5 sarees) from Home shop18 on 04/10/2014. Which I received on 09/10/2014. and paid the amount of Rs-3250/-/ When I check the sarees I found that out of 5, one was different as shown in TV add. I immediately call to customer care and filled a complaint (No[protected], which was not resolved. Again I call to customer care on 19/10/2014 and ask about the complaint status. They give a new Partial replacement reference no[protected] and said that with tin 7 working days your product will be replace. After 7 days I call to customer care again and received the new complaint no[protected]. Again I received a new complaint no[protected] on 27/10/2014. I want to say that Home Shop18 is a worst company. and only interested to sell the product not service.
