[Resolved] Homeshop18 — product returned but still amount not received | |
We have purchased a mini sewing machine from homeshop18 and it was not working within the warranty period; we have spoken with the customer care and they arranged for pick-up. Even after almost 8 months’ amount not credited in our account. Whenever we contact them they are saying that they have already transferred the amount and we have taken ref (Transaction) number and contacted our bank but our bank has confirmed that no such referred transaction happened with our account.
