[Resolved] Homeshop18 — really upset and very angry by the home shop 18 team | |||
I ordered a 8 pc. Pigeon kitchen set order no.[protected]. dated 3/8/2014. but i received incomplete set. but inspite of half a dozen complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] and over month's wait i'm still being told to wait for 3-4 days. i also posted 2 times on ur facebook site. But after many complaints there is no response to my complaints. I'm really upset with ur services. It is my second order on HS18 and neither times I received my full promised package really very poor after sale service. i don't know how to wake them up (home shop 18) Was this information helpful? | |||

please tell me how much more time do you guys need i've been waiting for more than a month now. every time i call at customer care i get fixed set of answers that we are sorry for the inconvenience and mail had been forwarded and that i'll receive call within 48 hrs. but i neither get call nor get my product
