[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Receipt of defective Penta Dual Core Wifi tablet

Sir, this is with reference to order No. is[protected], order date 14 jul 2014, product code 31633325.I upendra kumar pandey had received a 'Penta Dual Core Wifi tablet with coloured Key board- yellow' from home shop 18 on 17 Jul 2014, but the tablet which was delivered to me was defective as it was not getting charged since 1st day of delivery.After several try I failed to ‘charge’ the tablet. Hence I filed a complaint to HS 18 on 19 july. I was given a phone no and address of the local service centre at Udhampur (J&K) named 'Jai Ma Communication'Phone No – [protected] by your customer care centre. But the Service centre was unable to repair the product. Hence the service provider had said that this Tablet has to be send to the Company at Delhi for repair on 22 Jul 14 .Now More than 40 days has past but I have not received my Tablet back.It is not understood that, I received the tablet only after 03 days of order (14 Jul 2014)since the HS 18 had to receive the money but as the product was sold out, the company has become responseless since last 40 days.By delivering a defective product to the customer, HS 18 has shown its credibility. Now it is my humble request to HS 18 that pl refund my money back because you cannot be trusted any further after this act .Even if I gets the tablet back it is not neccessary that the product would be authentic and in good condition. Sir my order No. is[protected], order date 14 jul 2014, product code is 31633325. At no cost I want that product back now. To maintain your credibility you could have replaced the product within 03 days after I had filed my complaint, but now I have lost my trust on you sir.Repairing the product on defective delivery is not a solution, only replacement with new product within 07 days of filing my complaint could have been a solution.Now I hope you will refund my money back after enquiring the matter without further harrassing me. Sir this was my first online shopping experience and it has been so bitter.Sorry to say so. |
