I had purchased a xolo 5inch (12.7cms) android gorilla glass phone-q1200-white vide order no. is[protected] on 2nd april 2015. i want to inform you that the mobile is not functioning properly as it hangs in middle of a call.in past few days even the charging is not happening properly as it seems the battery has spoiled. this has happened in a spare of just 14 months of the purchase as we do not have problems to our phone that early. we had purchase the cell phone since it was channelized and promoted by homeshop18. this has happened with most of the xolo phones that most of my friend circle had ordered. if this happens how would we have fate or belief on the products sold by homeshop18. i request you to please take this up and reply me giving me a solution on this. below is the purchase order that i received after booking.
