[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Receipt of wrong product | |||
Vide sub order id No.77324529 dated 27.4.2014, I had placed order for Strontium 4GB MicroSD Memory card (Class 4) at Homeshop18.com and received a MicroSDHC card. Then I had requested for replacement of the same. The replacement of the same was taken vide sub order id No.78489097. But I have received the wrong product MicroSDHC card again. Then I had lodged a ticket bearing No.[protected]. But strangely the ticket was closed with a request to send the product of the image. As requested I had attached the image of the product. But, I have not received any response from Homeshop18 after lapse of more than twenty days. Then I had submitted a reminder. But still there is no response from them. It seems from the activities that the required product is not available with them. Since it is getting delayed, I request you to return the product and refund the amount at the earliest.
