Homeshop18 — Received 1 broken item & 1 missing item

I placed an online order (Pretty lady make-up collection) with home shop 18 vide order no.[protected] dated[protected]. This order was delivered to me on[protected], in which one item i. E, foundation is missing & another item, i. E, lipstick no. 209 has been received in broken condition. I contacted their customer care the very same day. They have given a complaint no.[protected] & assured that within 3 days, the problem will be resolved, but i am sorry to write that nobody has contacted me in this regard. It is indeed a matter of great concern that such a reputed name like home shop 18 is committing such types of lapses in their delivery.
