Homeshop18 — Received Item Broken and 2 products missing in Order

On 18th Feb we have ordered a product[protected] after receiving we have seen 900ml Box broken and 2 items are missing which was shown on the Show one glass and knife set is not available. We have raised a complaint on same day[protected], but till day no action has been taken from the Homeshop18. We are requesting you to solve the issue on urgent basis.
