[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Received product id not working and raised a complaint but no status | |||||
I had placed an order in homeshop18.com. My Order no is : [protected] and Sub Order number is :[protected] . Order Placed : September 04, 2016 Order Delivered : September 09, 2016 Product Tested on : September 11th 2016, Tried to complaint on the same date but need to call on Morning 10 AM to 6PM between this time. So Raised a complaint on 12th Morning. Complaint Number : HS[protected] Brand Name : AV ENTERPRISES Brad Head : Ankur Mobile Number : [protected], [protected], [protected] I already spoke with Brand Department and they are ready to take the defective product return. But from Homeshop18 Customer care is not at all responding for my complaint. They are lying and saying that not able to contact with the Brand. So while I was in a call with Customer care of Homeshop18.com I kept a Conference call with the Brand. It has been more than 10 days still no one called me from Homeshop18.com. I called them several times but they are saying only one word I need to wait for 2-3 working days. It has been more than 10 days no one contacted me. Sep 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved problem resolved. I paid 1000 + 330 Shipping but they have provided only Rs 1100. HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
