Dear Team, I bought a Singer Air cooler from homeshop18 order no[protected] dated 22.5.16 however today i recieved a damaged product, the swing portion is damaged. I called Customer noone is helping me and telling me concerned teM will call you however i have not recieved any call from them till now. I would like to know when i will get my full refund.
