I ordered a product i.e a saree from homeshop18 on 23 Aug. The details are as follows. Dear shabnesh singhal, Thank you for shopping with HomeShop18. Your order no. is [protected] and the payment option selected by you is PayUMoney. Your order details are provided below: S.No. Product Description Expected Delivery Order Value (Rs.) 1 Stylish Designer Saree By Zoha - Pick Any 1-Orange Seller: Oxizn Trading Pvt. Ltd. Delivered in 4 Working Days 1199.0 Less : GC/DC/Other Discount 100.0 HS18 shipping charges 99.0 Total (including all applicable taxes) Due to defective product, i requested for refund and product was reverse picked up by courier person on 29 Aug.copy enclosed. But till date despite of various mails and calls, I have not received my refund.I paid through payu money but despite of being an online payment my issue is not resolved.I had called various times to customer care but they always tell a lie that your refund is issued or initiated but when checked the account nothing such sort has happened. For help, I wrote mail to payu money also in hope of getting some help from them. But they also replied as under: Dear Customer, Greetings from PayUmoney!! We would like to inform you that the said payment ID[protected] is successful. We request you to get in touch with the merchant (www.homeshop18.com) regarding the damaged product received. Please note that you may reach to us any of the following instances to raise dispute against the merchant A. Money debited and order not booked B. Goods/service not received C. Received partial delivery Feel free to get back to us for any other clarification.
