Homeshop18 — Refund not initiated even after repetitive requests | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I ordered zen firefox mobile two and a half months ago. Order id:[protected] Complaint no.:[protected] In my first order, I got the message "your product is not successfully ordered" but my money was deducted. So, I ordered it again. But, later on I got the order twice and my money was also deducted twice. I have asked for return about 50 - 75 times. Every time I hear the sentence "we will call you in 48 hours". But, I never get any call. Whenever I call their staff, they say they are not able to contact me. I have given 10-12 numbers including mobile and land line numbers still they are not able to reach me. How could it possible that they are not able to contact on any of the 10 given numbers. I receive calls from other people on daily basis. Only home shop 18 is not able to contact me. I don't even receive any mail from home shop 18. They have my 10 phone numbers, my mail id, and my address. Why can't they contact at any one of them? Why don't they come to the delivery address to pick up the order and initiate the refund? I have told them to take this request on high priority as it is already getting delayed from months. But, they don't respond. The only line every time they say is "We will call you in 48 hours". And, I never get call. Why do they need any confirmation call when a customer himself is calling them and asking for return more than 50 times. I don't expect this from home shop 18. I have wasted 300 rupees in calling them. They put me on hold and keep checking the details. They should bear phone call cost and penality for wasting my time. I need my money back.
