[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund of cancelled order of mini sewing machine | |||||
I have placed order for surya av mini sweing machine through online to homeshop 18 amounting of rs, 1051/- on dated 21.10.2016 and made payment via netbanking. I have received used and different brand product so i have send it for replacement via pick up receipt no. [protected] and order id[protected] and again i have received same used and different brand product on 04.11.2016. Due to this finally i have cancelled ordert via pick up receipt no. [protected] and order id[protected] and requested for refund. I have mailed at [protected]@homeshop18.com f and also called on[protected] frequently but till date i have not received my refund amount where in as per their refund policy amount should be refunded within 4 days its already a month ago.
