I placed order of Jewellery on 30.11.2014, order no[protected] which was delivered me on 04.12.2014. I order this through mobile no. [protected].
I see some defect on my purchased jewellery and I launched a complain through toll free no.[protected] on 05.12.2014, my complaint no[protected]. But till today the did not refund the jewellery.
I called your helpline several times and they told me it will be solved within 48 hours.
But till this date they did not refund the jewellery.
So, I highly request you to solve this matter as early as possible.
