I have ordered a BERG ROTI MAKER vide order no.[protected]nd Sept. 2014.The product is totally flop and does not solve the purpose as shown on TV. When asked for refund, executive of HS18 lodged the complaint ( no.[protected] dtd 01oct.) after several calls .NO action on this issue. When further queried, another complaint no.[protected] on 06th oct. was given. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND .
