[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Refund of Money,against poor qulity product

Sir,
I have purchased a Karbon Titanium S2(black) vied order no[protected] which I received on 27h of September2014.But unfortunately the standard of the product was not up to satisfaction.On 29th September I notify the same to your office lodge a complain(No[protected] and your officials assured me for refund of the amount and the product will take back by the authorized courier services but since then I have called your office several times but nothing is in vein.Till today non of your officials have called me regarding this matter or any of the courier services contacted me for the product.

Sir, since I have much faith on Home shop-18 I hope that my problem will be shorted out very soon and obligee me.
