[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund of Payment towards order number:[protected] and ticket number:[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I have placed an order for "Crystal 6 in1 Food Processor" on 21 Aug 2014 by paying amount of Rs.2349/- by credit card. This product did not reached to us in promised timeframe. I have followed up with Homeshop18 and Safe express till 29 Aug and raised a ticket with number[protected] in this regard to refund the money. But to my surprise everytime I am calling to customer care executive, they are asking me to wait for 3 to 4 days to resolve the issue. They have failed to provide any mail or sms confirmation that when the money will be refund to my credit card account. After 14days of raising the ticket for refund, they are not providing any concrete solution on refund of my hard earn money. Pleased look into it.
