Homeshop18 — refund problems | |||
I ordered my product from homeshop 18 on 1 July 2014 my product order number was[protected] with suborder number 81720031 the product got delivered on 8 july I realised that the product which was dual sim (gsm +cdma) the GSM slot wasnt working i complained within 30 min of opening the pack on 8 July itself they said the reverse pick up will start within 72 hours I call them everyday and they give me the time period of 72 hours today 15 july 2014 their representative called me up asking take the product to the service centre is it my fault if the product delivered was faulty yesterday 14 july 2014 their representative told me the reverse pick up courier guy will come on 14 july to pick up the order but no one turned up . I would suggest that no one should ever order from homeshop 18 because they of their fraudulent behaviour . Worst service ever Was this information helpful? | |||
