Homeshop18 — Refund regarding defective order | |||
ordered Rachna Jewellery Collection, Code[protected], the entire combo was defective, placed d complaint within 2 hours of receiving the order to get it refunded, since then homeshop 18 people promising me that i will be getting a call from executive team for refund details but its been 13 days now, i haven't received any calls yet and no refund too. i got a call from executive team, hope my issue will be resolved as they said it will going to take 5-6 days more. Incase i still dont find solution i will get back to u.. thank you
